Shipping Policies and Information
To ensure maximum quality of wine deliveries, shipments may be held during periods of high or low temperatures. Shipping rates will be determined and displayed prior to checkout. Due to various state laws, we can only ship wine to the states that appear in the selection box on the order form.
Age Verification
We require you to verify that you are of legal age to order our wines. We also pay extra to our shipping carrier to add the Adult Signature option, and then the carrier verifies the age of the recipient when delivering the package.
Return Policy
If you experience problems with your order or would like to return our products for any reason, please call 573-747-1000 or email wineclub@chaumette.com. We proudly guarantee your 100% satisfaction.
The prices for all our products are in U.S. Dollars.
By purchasing or using the Products in any manner, the Customer represents that he has read, understands, and agrees to all terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement, and that he is at least twenty one (21) years old and has the legal ability to engage in a contract in the State of Missouri. If the Customer does not accept the Agreement and all terms and conditions set forth within, he should not purchase or use, in any manner, Products from the Company or, if he has already purchased Products, he should contact the Company immediately to terminate the Agreement. It is further understood that the Agreement is subject to change from time-to-time,
in whole or in part, without prior notice.
