Enjoy your corporate or private event at Chaumette Vineyards & Winery in a distinctive, elegant and relaxing setting. We maintain highly qualified personnel to assist you in every step of your planning from concept to completion, ensuring a flawless event for you and your guests. Our Director of Events, Executive Chef, culinary staff and service staff are trained in the art of classical menus, creative presentation and impeccable service.

Chaumette is the perfect setting for a most memorable event, hosting private parties of up to two hundred guests, including business meetings and dinners, retreats, family reunions, showers and celebrations year round.

Boardroom Villa

We proudly announce the completion of our Boardroom Villa, and we have custom-designed this luxury executive retreat villa, outfitted with all the amenities and technology needed to conduct a productive and collaborative meeting, while offering the beautiful seclusion and excellent dining & service of our award-winning winery destination. Our Facilities

  • The Jacquelyn Ballroom and adjacent Pavilion
    Our beautifully appointed Jacquelyn Ballroom accommodates 125 guests; French doors open to our Pavilion, commanding beautiful views and accommodating an additional 75 guests. The Jacquelyn Ballroom includes table linens, skirting, and table-scape. (Please contact us about receptions for up to 350 guests.)

  • The Barrel Room
    The Barrel Room on the lower level of our Tasting Room provides an intimate venue for up to 50 guests looking for the unique ambiance of a private wine cellar. This candlelit setting is a cozy hideaway for guests to revel in a private holiday celebration, a wedding rehearsal dinner, a wine tasting and hors d’ oeuvre reception and many other private event occasions. The Barrel Room is available year round.

  • Art Gallery
    A secluded area in the Tasting Room, our Art Gallery seats up to 30 guests and is available on a limited basis. Artwork from various Missouri artists adorns the room; vineyard views and a cozy fireplace await in a relaxing setting.

  • North Gallery
    Our North Gallery boasts panoramic views of the rolling hills of Ste. Genevieve and our vineyards, accommodating up to 25 guests. Perfect for an afternoon luncheon or dinner at sunset, the North Gallery is open May through October.

  • Vineyard Gallery
    Seating for up to 30 guests, our Vineyard Gallery overlooks lush vineyards and spectacular views. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere while dining and visiting with friends and family. The Vineyard Gallery is open May through October.

  • St. Vincent’s-in-the-Vineyard Chapel
    Nestled in the trees hillside, our interfaith Chapel can accommodate 80 guests on the main level and 20 on inner balcony. The chapel entrance offers breathtaking views, and a lower level private sitting room is available.

  • The Spa
    In addition to overnight accommodations and other amenities on property, Chaumette offers the services of Belle Haven Spa. Belle Haven offers traditional spa services for you and guests. Click here for more information.
