Villa 44

Villa 44 is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Villa with a Studio Suite on the bottom floor that can be locked off or rented to make it a 4 bedroom unit. The rustic yet elegant Villa with a warm grey and red pallet has a large living room area with a TV and a fireplace to enjoy during the fall and winter seasons. The front door and living room have French doors that open out onto to a deck with views of our vineyards and a lake. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large dining table that comfortably seats 6 people. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with king size beds and their own private bathrooms and private decks.

As with all our lodging, there is high-speed internet and TVs are in every room with AT&T U-verse U-200 technology with over 250+ broadcast channels as well as an additional 100 music channels.
