Villa 40

Villa 40 is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom dog friendly Villa. The rustic, wine country-inspired Villa has a large living room area with a TV and a fireplace for cozy nights. The living room also has French doors that open out onto a deck with views of our vineyards and a lake. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large dining table that comfortably seats 6 people. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen and the other a king size bed. Each has its own private bathrooms.

All of our villas and suites offer AT&T U-verse U-200 technology with 250 + broadcast channels of which 50 + are HD, as well as an additional 100 music channels. Villa 40 also offers free gigabit-speed internet.
