We proudly offer our Executive Boardroom Villa and have custom-designed this luxury executive retreat villa, outfitted with all the amenities and technology needed to conduct a productive and collaborative meeting, while offering the beautiful seclusion and excellent dining & service of our award-winning winery destination.

The Boardroom can accommodate corporate meetings up to 16 guests situated around its cherry-wood table, with room for additional guests seated around the room’s perimeter. It is outfitted with the latest state-of-the-art technology, internet access and WiFi, video conferencing, SMARTBoard Technology and an outlet-equipped meeting table.

The Boardroom is fully equipped for comfort and efficiency, including executive rolling chairs, a full kitchen with a staff side entrance and counter top bar and a living area for post-meeting gatherings with a flat-screen television, a fireplace and French doors that open to a covered porch. The second level of this villa is a spacious CEO Master Suite, with a king-sized bed, master bath with a marble over-sized shower, closet, flat-screen television, sitting area and writing desk.

A designated concierge services the meetings and any activities planned on property, and Chaumette’s culinary program, directed by Executive Chef Rob Beasley, services all corporate retreats. There are multiple small and large venues on property for break-out meetings and meals, and the numerous amenities on property include lodging in our luxury villas, team-building activities, audiovisual equipment rentals, private wine tastings and wine education seminars, customized gifts and access to the pool and fitness center. Corporate guests are welcomed to enjoy the property’s four lakes and hike on designated trails on- and off-property.
