We are thrilled to announce that we will be hosting a special Spring dinner coming in March filled with delicious Spring themed food & wine pairings along with a vertical port tasting of our ’07, ’08 and ’09 vintages (that have aged beautifully!).

First Course
Seared Hawaiian Tuna Spring roll
w/Soba noodle salad
Wine pairing: 2015 Assemblage

 

Second Course
Roasted Asparagus Salad
Pickled Radish, Baetje Farms Feta, Candied Pistachios, Lemon Tarragon Vinaigrette
Wine pairing: 2016 Unoaked Chardonel

 

Third Course
Herb encrusted New Zealand Rack of Spring Lamb
Sweet pea purée, baby carrots, glace D’Agneau
Wine pairing: 2016 Anrie

 

Fourth Course
A Trio of Chocolate Confections
Wine pairing: ’07, ’08 & ’09 Ports

 

The cost of the meal, wine, and Port tasting is $115 plus gratuity and tax for Wine Club members, $125 plus gratuity and tax for non-members. All in attendance will be entered into a drawing for one of five prizes. Three of the five prizes are bottles of Port!

 

Those in attendance will also have the first, and if it sells out the only, opportunity to purchase the ’07, ’08, and ’09 Ports, as well as our 2015 Traminette and 2015 Dry Vignoles.
