Villages at Chaumette

The Villages at Chaumette is one of a kind. It is a secluded, scenic and serene destination on the grounds of Chaumette Winery in the heart beautiful Ste. Genevieve, Missouri wine country. The Villages at Chaumette offers twenty-six villas elegantly designed with nine-foot ceilings, fireplaces and fully equipped kitchens looking out to shaded porches and panoramic views.

Amenities are abundant. They include concierge service, access to our resort spa, The Spa at Chaumette, indoor sauna, outdoor swiming pool and private cabanas, in-villa breakfast package options, access to our Grapevine Grill Restaurant and soon-to-be completed fitness center and hot tub. Among in-villa comforts are Egyptian cotton linens and custom made bedding & drapery, oversized marble & glass showers, bath robes and walk-in closets. Each villa is outfitted with flat screen televisions in the master bedroom and living area, 350 channels and wi-fi access, using state-of-the-art fiber-optic technology, providing more than six million bits-per-second of data transfer.

Renting a Villa
Nine of the twenty-six villas available for rent and several more will be ready by year’s end. One, two and three bedroom villas with king sized beds and queen beds are available, and a rollaway bed can be provided. 2010 seasonal rates are as follows:

Buying a Villa
Each Villa is privately owned, and Chaumette Management Company handles villa rentals. Villa owners choose the dates they wish to keep for their own use. More than half of the villas have been sold.
