How many people can our Villas sleep?

Collectively, our Villas can sleep around 119 guests, depending on sleeping configuration. We have over 50 bedrooms, some with multiple beds. Twin beds, sofa sleepers and murphy beds may be available, depending on the Villa, at an additional $30 per bed per night.

How are Villas reserved?

All group Villa bookings must be arranged through our Villa Concierge who can be reached at 573-747-1000 or by emailing villas (at) chaumette (dot) com. To book online, click here.

Are there other area lodging options?

Yes, there are many B&Bs and motels within a 20 minute drive in both the Ste. Genevieve and Farmington areas.

Is breakfast available for Villa guests?

Breakfast trays are available for each Villa. We simply ask that you give 48 hours notice so we can have it ready for you. We offer several beautiful settings and delicious menus for a private farewell breakfast to serve 12 or more guests. For more details, please inquire with our Villa Concierge.

Are pets allowed?

Chaumette is dog-friendly. If you are staying in dog-friendly villa, you are more than welcome to bring your dog. Please check with our Villa Concierge if you are unsure if your villa is dog-friendly or not. If you are not staying in one of our dog-friendly Villas we ask that you keep your dog and any other pets at home or a housekeeping fee may be charged.

Is there access to a grill or firepit?

Unfortunately, we do not have grills or firepits in The Villages.

Where is the nearest grocery store and gas station?

The closest grocery store is Country Mart in Ste. Genevieve (30 minutes from Chaumette). The closest gas station is the Phillips 66 (20 minutes from Chaumette) located at the intersection of Highway 32 and B road at exit 150.

Do I need to bring plates and cooking utensils?

Each Villa is equipped with basic kitchen amenities (including a wine opener!).
