Chaumette’s Recent Press

Chaumette’s Recent Press

We’ve had some pretty exciting press these last few months at Chaumette!  Back in November we were featured in the PBS documentary, “Where The Rivers Run.”  This documentary showcases Missouri’s beautiful landscape that serves as inspiration to artists, chefs, farmers, vintners, scientists, environmentalists, and naturalists.  Watch our feature below, and click here to view the entire documentary:

We also hosted a brief stay from New York Times writer Kim Severson when she interviewed our friend Veronica Baetje of Baetje Farms about her world class cheeses.  Ms. Severson included our Executive Chef Rob Beasley’s recipe for Roasted Grape Bruschetta as well, and you can click here to view the article.

In December, Kim Hudson with Fox2Now in St. Louis came to discuss holiday appetizers with Executive Chef Rex Hale from The Restaurant at The Cheshire and our own Executive Chef Rob Beasley.

Kim Hudson with Fox2Now in St. Louis visited us again in January to chat soup and wine pairings in anticipation of our “Soupers-Weekend” event with our Executive Chef Rob Beasley & “Route du Vin” Ste. Genevieve Wine Trail friends.

Also in January, Chaumette V.P. Jennifer Johnson chatted with St. Louis radio personality John Carney on The Big 550 KTRS The Carney Show, as well as friends from Robust Wine Bar about the Art of Chocolate and Wine event!  Click here to listen.

And to close out our awesome month of January, the Ste. Genevieve Herald wrote about our acquiring of Audubon’s Restaurant!  You can click here to view the article.
